The replacement and return policy is designed to protect you and provide the highest quality services to the customer: Firstly, we would like to indicate that all perfumes are 100% original, and the customer has the right to request a return without restrictions if the product is not genuine. 1- Regarding perfumes, we would like to alert that they are not subject to exchange or return except in the following cases: When the customer receives the product and an error occurs in the type of product sent, and this is before using or opening the (Sulfane) products. If the product has been used and the original (Sulfane) has been opened, the customer will not be compensated any amount, according to global policies for selling perfumes and cosmetic products. If there is a defect in the product, the customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receipt, with the defect documented by a photo and sent via WhatsApp/ 0553837423. In case of cancellation request, approval will be immediate if the product is not already in delivery, or the order will be canceled, and the customer bears the shipping cost. The amount will be refunded upon the product’s arrival at Your Fragrance. The consumer has the right to exchange the product within the seven days following the date of receipt, and cannot exchange the product after the seven days, or if the perfume’s plastic wrap has been opened, or if the perfume has been used for perfumes that do not have plastic wrap from the parent company. 2- As for perfume samples, they are not covered by the exchange and return system except if there is an issue with packaging or labeling, and this must be reported within three days of receiving the product, with the defect documented by a photo sent via WhatsApp/ 0553837423. If approval is granted to return any product for any reason not mentioned in the main policy of exchange and return, the management has the right to charge full shipping and delivery fees, estimated at approximately 70 SAR.
