The Rose Kandahar fragrance is produced in very limited quantities. The reason for this is the rarity of the Kandahar Rose, which is cultivated in the Nangarhar province in Afghanistan. The fragrance relies on the distillation of all parts of the rose plant, including the roots, leaves, and the flower itself, not just the rose blossom, to create its scent.
